How is data on our devices handled?

Every data-bearing device is identified during inventory and sanitized following NIST 800-88 guidelines — either overwritten with verified software or physically destroyed — before any disposition decision. A certificate of destruction is issued for the media processed.

Do you buy back or resell our equipment?

Working assets are assessed for potential resale, and we report transparently on any proceeds. Resale value depends on age, condition, and market demand, so we do not promise a fixed price. Equipment with no resale value is recycled responsibly.

What documentation do we receive?

Depending on the scope you select, documentation can include a serialized asset manifest, certificate(s) of data destruction, chain-of-custody records, and a final disposition report suitable for internal audits.
